- If you booked the horseback riding including transport:
- The starting time you booked is the starting time of your horseback ride
- Pickup is 1 hour before your chosen timeslot
- Pickup location: Bus stop #1 at Reykjavík City Hall
- Make sure to be on time!
- If you travel to the stables by yourself:
- Show your smartphone ticket to the Ishestar staff
- Make sure you arrive at the stables 30 minutes before the start of your ride. The drive from Reykjavík city center to the stables is about 20 minutes

A helmet, a warm overall or raincoat, rain pants, and rubber boots can be borrowed at the stables free of charge.
