  • The meeting point is on Road 39, Þrengslavegur, not far from the Tsection where you go on to Road 38. It is in the area called Ölfus 816
  • Make sure you're at the meeting point at the designated time.
  • Show your smartphone ticket to the tour guide

The Lava Tunnel is less than 30 minutes from Reykjavik: Head east on road 1, turn onto road 39 after approximately 18km. You will find The Lava Tunnel parking lot after approximately 12km.

Minimum age: 3 years

This experience is suitable for most able-bodied people but is not recommended if you have difficulty climbing stairs or walking or if you suffer from severe claustrophobia
